Appointment Info

Thank you for scheduling your appointment at Ahimsa Piercing Studio! Below you can find some information to make the process as smooth as possible.

For Clients 18+

• Please complete your release form here prior to your arrival.
• Remember that we are working by appointment only and prepare to arrive on time.
• We’d appreciate it if you came alone, or brought only one person to accompany you.
• If you cannot make the appointment please let us know ASAP at Ahimsapiercingstudio@gmail.com.

For Clients 10-17

• Parent and Minor please complete your release form here with a clear picture of the minor's ID (Passport or Birth Certificate) and the Parent or Legal Guardian's ID prior to your arrival.
• The personal info section is for the Child’s information, and the Guardian's info will go in the “Parent/Legal Guardian” section that appears after the birth date is entered.
• Remember that we are working by appointment only and prepare to arrive on time.
• We’d appreciate it if you limited guests to the child getting pierced and the legal guardian only.
