All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on any jewelry or item purchased through our online store. Please be sure to accurately and carefully check sizing before making any purchase. We are not responsible for any jewelry that does not fit. We ensure that all products are in proper working condition prior to shipment and will not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on any items damaged by the customer. However, BVLA Jewelry is guaranteed for life in the case of a pin or thread snapping off or a gem falling out of its setting.
